Shipping Policy

Processing Time
. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays)
. In case of high demand, processing time may take an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
. We offer standard and express shipping options within india.
. Estimated delivery times:
     . Standard Shipping: 5-7 days
          . Express Shipping: 2-4 days
Delivery times may vary depending  on location, courier service delays

Shipping Charges
. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method.
. Free shipping may be available on orders above 3000.

Order tracking
. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number on our courier partner's website.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
. We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
. Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
. The item must be unused, in its original packing, and in the same condition as received.

How to Request a Return

2. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
3. If approved, we will arrange for a pickup or request you to ship the product back to us.

Refund Process
. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate a refund.
.  Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days after approval.
. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
. Shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.
